The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you about how we use Your personal data, and protect the data that You provide to us when using

  • any application downloadable from the Apple Store, Google Play Store or Microsoft AppSource application distribution platforms (for any application, the "Application")
  • any website or Internet application (for any website or Internet application, the "Site") operated by ONOFF TELECOM.

Travel attaches particular importance to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. This privacy policy (together with our cookies and trackers policy and our general terms and conditions) is intended to inform you of the way in which we process the personal data that you provide to us and that we collect in the course of your use of the Application, our Site and
the Services. We invite you to read this document carefully to understand our practices regarding the processing of your personal data and to know your rights in this respect.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Application, the Site and all Services published by ONOFF TELECOM for Travel that you use (excluding services provided and operated by third parties, in which case the privacy policy of these third parties applies and not these stipulations).

This includes information collected when you download and use the Application, in particular when creating a User account, using the functionalities, and when using the Site.

When you create your User account or subscribe to a Service, Travel will ask you for certain information: first and last name, password, e-mail address, and, if required by law, identification documents.

The provision of this information is mandatory for the creation of your account. Without it, Travel will not be able to provide you with the Application Services.

Travel may also collect and process other data when using the Application and making purchases:

  • Electronic terminal identifiers (SIM number, IMEI, cookies, etc.),
  • Geolocation data and network identifiers.

When you contact customer support or exercise your rights regarding your personal data, Travel also collects :

  • Date and time of request,

When you use the Application and Travel Services, we collect information about your activity :

This data is essential to the provision of the Services. Without it, Travel cannot ensure the proper functioning of the Application.

Traveler retains your personal data only as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

The data collected when downloading and using the Application is kept for the duration of the Services, and then archived for 5 years.

Traffic data is stored in accordance with the applicable legal periods.

After 2 years of inactivity, your account becomes inactive and will be deleted, unless you log in first. A notification will be sent to you before deletion.

Some data may be retained to meet our legal obligations, while others will be deleted.


5. Sharing personal data

5.1 Communication with our partners and service providers

Travel never shares your personal data with third parties without your consent, except in the following cases : 

Sharing with our service providers for the management, hosting, maintenance and administration of the Application and associated services, in compliance with the RGPD.

In the event of a merger, takeover or sale of Travel, your data may be transferred to the new entity, including outside the EU, subject to legal conditions.

Legal obligations: we may be required to disclose certain data by law, court order or in the course of an investigation.

5.2 Transfers outside the European Union

The use of the Application implies the transmission of certain data (name, email, use of the Services, etc.) to service providers outside the EU, in particular in the United States. In the event of a dispute, you can contact the national data protection authority.

You can set up instructions for the use of your data after your death by contacting us at support@travelapp.com.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We therefore recommend that you consult this Policy regularly to inform yourself of any updates to its content.

8. Minors under 18 years of age

If you are under 18, please obtain your parent's or legal guardian's permission before sending us your personal data.

Without this authorization, you may not use the Application.

4. Data Retention

Travel retains your personal data only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

Specifically :

  • Data collected during the download and use of the Application is retained for the duration of the Service management, then archived for five (5) years.
  • Traffic data is stored according to the legally mandated periods.

After two (2) years of inactivity, your account will be considered inactive and will be deleted, unless you log in before deletion.

A notification will be sent to you prior to the deletion.

Some data may be retained for the purpose of complying with legal obligations, while other data will be permanently deleted.

5. Sharing of Personal Data
